We can put your Rx lens prescription into your eyeglass frames which you purchase from Vizio Optic. To choose the right lens material for you, we will need you to send us your latest prescription and we recommend that you have an eye exam to determine your prescription within the past 3 months of ordering your glasses and certainly not longer than one year to be sure that your eye sight has not changed since the last time that you had your eyes checked.
You can email your prescription or you can fax it to us. You can also call us for help.
Also, please include your eyeglasses frame order number with your prescription so that we can match your lens Rx with your frame. We also need to see a pupillary distance (PD measurement) on your prescription - this can be measured by any local optician or your eye doctor. If you call the store where you received your last pair of glasses then they will have your PD. Or if you are going to see your Optometrist for an eye exam then please ask your doctor to measure your PD and include it on your prescription.
