Dr. Galina Rabkin

Optometrist Dr. Galina Rabkin focuses on comprehensive family eye care. She graduated from the New England College of Optometry and was accepted at the "ivy league" of Optometric residencies at the West Roxbury VA Medical Center where she trained to identify and treat ocular diseases.

Dr. Rabkin performs detailed, comprehensive eye exams to diagnose your vision, determine your precise lens prescription and monitor your eye health. During her thorough examination, Dr. Rabkin will evaluate your visual abilities and will diagnose your eyes for cataracts, glaucoma, hypertension, cholesterol in the eye, and diabetes.

Dr. Mary-Ann Ecmecian

Dr. Ecmecian was born and raised in the Boston area. She graduated from Boston University in 2007 with a BS in Biology. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry. Dr. Ecmecian is a member of the American Optometric Association as well as the Massachusetts Society of Optometrists. As part of her training and clinical education, Dr. Ecmecian has completed rotations at the Veterans Health Administration in Bedford, MA and Worcester, MA, Dimock Community Health Center in Dorcester, MA, and Lahey Clinic Hospital in Burlington, Peabody, and Arlington, MA. During her four years at the New England College of Optometry, Dr. Ecmecian worked alongside Dr. Rabkin learning about the optical and business side of the practice and recently joined the practice as an optometrist. Dr. Ecmecian is fluent in English and Romanian, understands Armenian and can also perform eye exams in Spanish.
