Returns of Eyeglass Frames or Sunglass Frames
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then we will be happy to accept a return for an exchange or a full credit for your eyeglass frames or sunglass frames within 30 days of the shipping date. There are no unusual catches or exceptions but please note that the product must be in the condition in which you received it and in the original box and/or packaging. Please also note the very basic requirements stated below such as that the returned item cannot have scratches or show signs of use or wear.
Returns Policy for Rx Prescription Lenses
Please note that prescription lenses are 50% refundable. We guarantee 100% accuracy on all Rx lens prescriptions that we make for you. But if you chose to return an eyeglass frame with prescription lenses and get a new frame with a different shape which requires new lenses to be edged and shaped then your prescription lenses need to be re-made and therefore we will credit 50% of the original lens price towards the cost of the new lenses.
And to make sure that your prescription is correct, we ask you to confirm with your Eye Doctor and ensure that you have had an eye exam within the past 6 months. If you feel that your vision has changed since your last, recent eye exam then you must reconfirm your prescription because otherwise you may not see comfortably through your prescription lenses in your new eyeglasses.
Processing your Return for an Exchange or Credit
Please contact us by email (returns@viziooptic.com) or by phone at 1-866-411-9428 and we will process your exchange. You will need to get an RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization) from us and then you will only need to ship back the glasses securely with insurance it for the amount of your purchase price. We will then credit your account within a few days of receiving the shipment.
Please put the items in the original package as securely as possible with the return authorization number clearly written on the outside of the package, and then ship them to:

Our Right to Refuse the Returns (Under the Following Circumstances)
We reserve the right to refuse returns under any of the following circumstances and the return will be immediately sent back to the customer:

The returned item shows signs of use or wear or scratches on the lenses.

The returned item is improperly packaged by the customer (sent back without original or other tissue packaging or sent back with a damage), leading to damage to the product.

Eyeglasses or sunglasses are returned without their manufacturer's original case.
Shipping Charges for Returns
Please note that all shipping charges for returns are the customer’s responsibility and this includes any taxes and duties incurred from international shipments.
Our standard shipping policy will apply to an exchanged frame that we will ship to you which is free shipping domestically in the U.S. and a fixed shipping price for international shipments.

International Customers, please note that if you need to return an item please be sure to declare the item as "Returned Item Without Value" or we have to charge you for any duties incurred by US Customs.
