Vizio Optic Return Policy
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with every purchase they make at viziooptic.com. We offer a full refund on the return of any eyeglasses or sunglasses frames within 14 days from the time you receive your new frames. Exchanges of frames must be made within this time period as well. Refunds will be given provided that the product being returned has not been worn or damaged and is returned with the original packaging. If prescription lenses are made outside of Vizio Optic, a full refund will be given for the frame, as long as the frame is still in perfect condition and the demo lenses are returned. Any original shipping fees are not refundable. Send your return back to us at 11 Harvard Street, Brookline, MA 02445. Your refund will be processed within 72 hours of the receiving date once the item(s) passes our inspection and a credit will be applied to your credit card or orginal method of payment within 7 days.
A special order is an item that is not available for purchase at www.viziooptic.com. However, as an authorized dealer, we have access to the brand's entire collection and are happy to special order any frame for you.

We guarantee 100% accuracy on all prescription lenses we sell. Because prescription lenses are custom-made, we can only offer a 50% refund on this item. If you have prescription glasses made with us, please give yourself 1-2 weeks to adjust to your prescription. Given the rare chance you do have issues with your prescription lenses, please contact us for further assistance.
To ensure that your prescription is absolutely right for you and limit the necessity of exchanges, please confirm your prescription with your eye doctor before ordering. If you feel that your vision has changed since your last eye exam, we recommend that you visit your eye doctor for an updated prescription before placing your order.
International customers initiating returns should declare returned items as "Returned Item Without Value" – the customer is responsible for any duties levied by U.S. Customs. International shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, and this includes any taxes and duties incurred from shipments.
