Vizio Optic Return Policy
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with every purchase they make at viziooptic.com. We offer a full refund on the return of any order within 14 days from the time you receive the package, excluding any initial shipping charges. Exchanges must be made within this time period as well. Refunds will be given provided that the product being returned has not been worn or damaged and is returned with the original packaging.
We understand that changes may occur that can cause cancellations of order. Any order that has been cancelled after the product has been shipped, causing the package to be rerouted back to Vizio Optic, will endure a $40 charge. This charge will be taken from the refund.
In the case a frame has been returned beyond 14 days without the appropriate approval, a 10% fee will be deducted from the refund.
As prescription lenses are custom cut and are not reusable, we can only offer 50% refund on these items. If prescription lenses are made outside of Vizio Optic, a full refund will be given for the frame, as long as the frame is still in perfect condition and the demo lenses are returned.
Any original shipping fees are not refundable.
Send your return back to us at Vizio Optic, 11 Harvard Street, Brookline, MA 02445. Your refund will be processed within 72 hours of the receiving date once the item(s) passes our inspection and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Vizio Optic offers a one-time, complimentary remake on our customers’ prescription eyewear. The complimentary remake is valid for 45 days from the notification of the customer of the completed order under these conditions: a change to the prescription by one’s doctor, a non-adaptation to the lenses, or a non-adaptation to the eyeglass frames. Changes to the lenses or frames following the complimentary remake will incur additional charges. Any remake of customers’ prescription eyewear beyond the 45-day grace period will be charged for the new lenses and the new eyeglass frame. No credits will be provided on new lenses that are of lesser value than the original purchase.
Non-adaptation to the lenses is defined as the incompatibility of the wearer and the prescription lenses based on their design or the measurements taken by the Vizio Optic staff. Vizio Optic politely requests that the customer attempt to adapt to the lenses for a period no shorter than five days.
Non-adaptation to the eyeglass frames is defined as the customer’s decision that the eyeglass frames are not suited to him or her. Assuming that the unwanted eyeglass frames are in returnable condition, Vizio Optic will happily put the purchase price of the original frames toward any eyeglass frames in Vizio Optic’s inventory. A customer may order a frame not in the Vizio Optic inventory, but he or she knowingly voids the right to return the ordered pair.
A special order is an item that is not available for purchase at www.viziooptic.com. However, as an authorized dealer, we have access to the brand's entire collection and are happy to special order any frame for you.

International customers initiating returns should declare returned items as "Returned Item Without Value" – the customer is responsible for any duties levied by U.S. Customs. International shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, and this includes any taxes and duties incurred from shipments.
